UMW Equipment Systems Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) is a subsidiary of UMW Equipment & Engineering Pte Ltd and has been operating in Vietnam for over 20 years since 1997. With a total investment of USD 8.15 million, UMW has a longstanding presence in Vietnam, providing high-quality products that meet international standards. UMW aims to contribute to our customers' success through our services.

UMW Vietnam is the exclusive distributor for the following brands:

Toyota – Forklifts (diesel, gas, electric), Reach Trucks, Towing Tractors, and other Toyota industrial equipment under Toyota Industrial Equipment's product range. See Toyota Industrial Equipment's official network here.

BT – BT forklifts for indoor and cold storage, Reach Trucks, Power Pallets, and Hand Pallets from BT Industries, a subsidiary of Toyota Industries, founded in Sweden in 1946 and acquired by Toyota Industries in 2000. See BT's operating history here and its official partner network here.

CTM – Floor scrubbers from Italy.

Solid Tires – Tokai (Thailand), Aichi (Japan), and Bridgestone (Japan).

Batteries – GS Yuasa (Thailand) and Hawker (Poland).

⇒ TOYOTA, BT, and CTM have not authorized any companies other than UMW Vietnam to sell the aforementioned products.

UMW Vietnam is also an authorized distributor of Raymond products (Double Deep Trucks, Cold Room, Power Pallet Trucks).

• Equipment sales
• Warranty services
• Spare parts, traction batteries, and tire sales
• After-sales services, including major and minor repairs
• Maintenance and repair contracts
• Equipment rental for major clients with long-term contracts

We constantly strive to build a strong technical team, improve skills training, upgrade equipment, and expand spare parts and tire warehouses to meet our customers' needs.

To promote safe driving and operational practices, we also offer forklift operator training and maintenance training to provide customers’ operators with proper and safe handling skills.
